Graphics card for a 3 monitor setup

Hi,

Which graphics cards supporting 3 monitors are recommended for linux? .

Asus has the GT710 and GT730 but it's not clear if they are fully supported in linux.

Thanks

No NVidia graphics card, except for some of the very newest, is "fully" supported in pure Gnu/Linux, because NVidia has historically kept secret the specifications required by the FOSS driver developers. Proprietary (non-FOSS) drivers for them are provided by NVidia, but only for an arbitrary length of time, typically around 10 years. So, since GT 710 and GT 730 are relatively old, "full" support for them can be expected to last only a few more years. That said, FOSS Gnu/Linux support exists. It's the only kind I use for my 6 or so NVidia cards, all of which are older than the 710 and 730. Support for 3 displays is fundamentally no different from support for 1 or 2. If the card supports 3 displays at once, then FOSS supports them.
