Gnome-panel like functionality in fluxbox?

Hi All,

I'm trying fluxbox and really like its speed and ease of configuration.
However, it"s panel (termed toolbar) is limited (only shows desktop, clock and a `system tray' which seems to be a not-widely supported notification area).

Is it possible to get the same functionality of the gnome-panel in fluxbox (without gnome-application)? specifically:
* the system monitor (small enough to fit inside a panel)
* POP mail check (gnubiff is great but does not recognize the fluxbox system tray)
* world clock showing multiple cities (gnome clock is excellent)
* typing break

Thanks,
Mike.

nice ones I like are fbpanel, lxpanel, cairo-dock as all give you a system menu
and you just edit .fluxbox/startup script and add whatever

lxpanel &
