That'd be gkrellm. Get gkrellm, and you'll have something akin to that. (There are a few things you'll have to change/add to get the xmms controls... and there's a theme). If I find the theme, I'll edit this post and add the link.

I can tell just from the link that it's gonna be DockApps. Vlaad (Carlos Torres, I think) is a long-time contributor/enthusiast of wmaker.
Not sure exactly wghich ones they are except for the one in the middle, wmcdplay, which I also use.
You can find quite a few DockApps on my site which have all been updated for current versions of wmaker and gcc. Of course, you can use these with fluxbox, icewm, afterstep and wmaker, or other window managers.
There are sources and packages both: http://amigolinux.org/
The one on top is called WMND, and it's at dockapps.org. Second from the top is either wmmon or WMgMon. They should be there, too. I don't know the others.
You can't tell the way it's shown here, but each one is square. They're just piled on top of each other.

i know its not flashy but i prefer Conky as my system monitor, heres a screeny of mine (its completely configurable with a simple text file, just like slack heh).
