GFTP won't let me see the content of my site!

Uhm...

Using gFTP I'm able to download anything from the web but when I connect to my hosting provider it won't even get the list of the working remote directory!

What's wrong with it? I didn't change anything of the default setup (maybe that's just the cause...)

Thank you

i have had this problem before. depending on how they have their ftp configured, sometimes you might need to use the passive transfer option in your client. or if its already using passive transfers, then change it so it is not.
