Suse has multiple distributions for different purposes, and the enterprise server current release is version 15 SP 5.
OpenSuse, which is what I think you REALLY mean, is at 15.5 for the current download.
All pointing up that the comment #2 about OpenSuse being WAY old is a valid consideration. Unless there were a specific use case requiring the use of an obsolete and unsupported operating system I would grab the latest image and work from that. The older one may not load and install properly on modern EFI enabled hardware. (Even if EFI itself is not the problem. Things change, and in tech thy change FAST!)
