They bust be different.

Because On the Mozilla plugin FAQ page it says sumthing like..

Q: how do i get Flash working
A: go here http:.... and install this file

Q: how do i get showckwave working
A: sorry, there is no linux Shockwave available.
but you can use a crossover pluggin blah blah wine
technology 35 dollars...

so they must be different things !!!

what settings ???
i thought you just put the .so in the pluggin directory.
where are the firebird pluggin options / configs ?
i cant find any ????????

Is there already a Flash 7-player (Flash MX 2004) for Linux?

Maybe not in Flash... can qwijibow answer my question. Is there a flash7 player for Linux?

id there more to configureing flash than just running the install script ???????

Good God... did you even try to do what I mentioned in my prior post?

And yes... there is a slight difference of installing Flash on moz as well as fbird.
