./filename: cannot execute binary file

Hi friends, when I run my c program, I got an error like

Code:

bash: ./client_try: cannot execute binary file

then, I googled it to find the solution. So I tried

Code:

file client_try

terminal showed

Code:

client_try: ELF 32-bit LSB relocatable, ARM, version 1 (SYSV), not stripped
ls -s client_try
4 client_try

and I tried

Code:

chmod a+x client_try

I still got the same error. If anyone knows, pls guide me. Thanks

What is your h/w architechure ?

The problem appears to be that you don't have a complete executable, but an object file.
