You compiled your kernel? If yes, enabled fs for sda6?

Or maybe it's bootloader config issue?

I am successfully running the linux kernel with version 3.16.0-rc2 from Linus's git tree.
But this issue comes with Linux version 3.17.0-rc4+ from git tree.

Is there dependencies of boot loader?

Is there any missing kernel compilation flag? i thinks both are using same kernel config.

here is the log of successfully running kernel
