Hi,

Since OSX installs and runs only on apple hardware, you should get the OSX dvd image from the osX86 project, they patched the kernel to boot on any x86 machine.
Second i have never tried it before, but i think it will overwrite your bootloader, but fear not! you can simply reinstall GRUB with your ubuntu live cd.

P.S. Dont forget to check your hardware compatibility with the OSX .

To do what has been requested you'd have to buy a mac and install Windows XP and Ubuntu on it After already having Mac OS X pre-isntalled. However from memory installing any form of Linux on a Mac can lead to Void of Warrenty on the hardware so it may not be the greatest thing in the world. If you don't buy a Mac, you can't really get Mac OS X as it's not free software, it's Proprietary to Apple. So it's possible to do on a Apple Mac but in my opinion is ill-advised.
