In fact, you don't even need the boot.iso, since you already have the Suse Personal install cdrom
boot from the cdrom, choose manual installation, and voila. I recommend this article
. Of course, the modules you have to load are totally dependent from your hardware, but normally just loading the right network module should do it.
If you do everything right, Yast will pop up, and since you installed Suse Personal, you'll know what to do.
