Distros for low end tablet pc.


So hello.
I have low end tablet (4core atom 1.33ghz with turbo boost 1.88ghz with 1gb ddr3 ram)
So i want to use Virtualbox. And i need some linux distros.
I want a small(under 500mb) and light(Ram usage under 480mb) distro.
I have used lubuntu, ubuntu,kubuntu,xubuntu.

Or if interested in Arch base instead
