cisco AAA radius server issue


I am working on a cisco AAA server ,right now the radius server for that is not functional,i had given the restart also,but still the issue is there


error "RADIUS SERVER FAILED TO START"

You need to actually tell us something useful if you want help. what do the logs say etc.? Note that Cisco software (ACS?) is proprietary so you should probably be talking to TAC about it with a valid Cisco support contract.
