I do not use linux regularly and I do not know how to fix this to get vsftpd on the server.
Thanks in advance!
You're using RHEL 6, but you paying for it? I've got my doubts about that.
I've highlighted the problem in bold for you. I can think of two reasons why it cannot find the package you're after;
1) You're NOT paying for it, therefore that would most certainly explain it.
2) The repo for RHEL 6 is inaccessible for some other reason. Unlikely, unless it's just your Internet connection not working.
This is why it's unlikely;

A simple way to check such things, is to put the web links into your browser. In this case, I get a certificate error and a "denied" message. There could possibly be something wrong with that web link that will resolve itself.
Past that, you're using RHEL 6...as jsbjsb001 said, you should be paying for it. If you have little to no Linux experience, you can call Red Hat support and they can not only diagnose any issues with your system, but tell you how to get packages loaded. Beyond that, if you're NOT paying, you can try to install it from the installation media. And since you don't have Linux experience, you really should get your systems administrator to perform these tasks.
