When install phpmyadmin , I tried the below method but still can not install phpmyadmin , would advise what is wrong in my server , how can I install it ? thanks
#yum -y install phpmyadmin

I don't think so they will keep phpmyadmin package in CentOS repo as it is from: http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/index.php. So if you want to install the package you can download from the link I mentioned an install it.

Configuration on server side I don't think so. Configuration on phpmyadmin end depends on your requirement. I don't have much info on that may be you want to refer phpmyadmin documentation.
As a wild guess, you could try yum install phpMyAdmin (note caps) and see if you have better luck. That's how the package is listed in my CentOS 7 server, maybe yum is being finicky about case sensitivity on your machine.
MariaDB is a plug-in replacement for mysql, you don't need to install mysql.
I don't think phpMyAdmin will be removed from CentOS anytime.
