I Have installed amsn on fedora but I can not login to that.If any one knows how would it work,pls advise me
We might be able to help, if you actually provided some information. Like what error(s) you're getting, maybe??
You say you can't log in...set up a new account with the correct user name and password. Without knowing more about the problem, there's very little else we can offer.
yes, as TBone said, please provide more information. keep in mind that M$crosoft is excellent on keeping their servers busy!!! I just tried to logging in to my hotma$l account and I got this message SERVER BUSY

When Iam entering my id & password in amsn it keeps doing logging in for hours but never logins or no message comes.I installed amsn 2 times but same thing hapened. my id is working on windows live messenger

i get that occasionally too, sometimes hitting cancel, hitting the login button again, wait a smidge, lather rincse repeat sometimes works, just be patient
on a side note, i remember when hotmail wasn't owned by m$
thx but as per my understanding it's not matter of firewall or incorrect operate but it's some other issue. My friend also has same problem that amsn dos't work on fedora 10 but it works on his other pc that has suze 10.
It is very simple. Go to URL "http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy-backports/amsn-data" and download and install the amsn-data deb package. After installation, login will be OK...
