Question BOOTING UP very slow at times, Fedora 14 -64bit

My fedora 14 - 64bit system is occasionally very slow booting up. It can take 15/20 seconds between each move. This happens about once a week. Normally the os boots up completely in about 30 seconds or so.. Any ideas what could be causing this.
Thank youI

Use the log viewer in the system tools menu to examine the boot log and messages to see if you can spot anything odd. If that doesn't help, edit /boot/grub/grub.conf and remove "rhgb" and "quiet" from the line starting "kernel". That will give you a boot with on-screen description and you can see where the pauses are.
