yppush doesn't work

Hello

I set up a nis domain and a nis master
in this domain, I set up three nis slaves with ypinit -s my_master
each slave is forced to bind on itself by /etc/yp.conf

when I change a map on the master server, with NIS make
the map is well propaged on one of the three slaves servers but failed
on the two others with the following error :
Local resource alloc failure

when I compile a map, I do :
(18):[root@secu0] yp > make
gmake[1]: Entering directory `/var/yp/securite'
gmake[1]: `ypservers' is up to date.
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/var/yp/securite'
gmake[1]: Entering directory `/var/yp/securite'
Updating netid.byname...
secu2: Local resource alloc failure
secu3: Local resource alloc failure
secu0.frec.bull.fr: Master's version not newer
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/var/yp/securite'
(19):[root@secu0] yp >

and I can generate the error with the yppush command:

works fine on the first :
(22):[root@secu0] yp > yppush -d securite -h secu1 netid.byname
secu1.frec.bull.fr: Master's version not newer

and failed on the second one and the third one :
(23):[root@secu0] yp > yppush -d securite -h secu2 netid.byname
secu2: Local resource alloc failure
(24):[root@secu0] yp > yppush -d securite -h secu3 netid.byname
secu3: Local resource alloc failure

but ypserv is known of the portmapper
(25):[root@secu0] yp > rpcinfo -u secu1 ypserv
program 100004 version 1 ready and waiting
program 100004 version 2 ready and waiting
(26):[root@secu0] yp > rpcinfo -u secu2 ypserv
program 100004 version 1 ready and waiting
program 100004 version 2 ready and waiting
(27):[root@secu0] yp > rpcinfo -u secu3 ypserv
program 100004 version 1 ready and waiting
program 100004 version 2 ready and waiting
(28):[root@secu0] yp >

Do you know this error ?
thanks in advance for your help

Cheers
