VSFTPD issues
My distro is FC5
I am trying to configure VSFTPD.I wanted anonymous to be disabled.For download as well as upload.I wanted only the real users to have access on ftp server.Only in their Home dir.Upload as well as download in Permitted.The following is my vsftpd.conf.

As far as i remember i have successfully configured VSFTPD in Redhat9.But that was a long time ago.I guess there are some parameters that need to be changed over here.
