Virtual Hosts in IRC and Sendmail

Is there any IRC server that allows virtual name-based hosts? Also, how can I have different domains, with some same usernames (eg. admin@abc.com and admin@123.com hosted on the same box) in Sendmail? Should I even use Sendmail?
thanks
