Tunneling X thru SSH (Windows)

Does anyone know how to use tunneling in SSH to run X on a remote system? I know you can do this on Windows using PuTTY and some other program. Question is, whats the other program (X on Windows), and how do I do this with it and PuTTY on Windows? I've seen screnshots of it, and I recently installed X on my Linux box (dependencies), and I am kinda tired of the Console. Thanks in advance.

Cygwin

Cygwin lets you run an xserver on Windows.

I've only used VNC over SSH, but for X over SSH on Windows I believe you would first start up Cygwin's X server and then use Putty to forward the needed ports.

Yeah, right after I posted, I decided to goto PuTTY's site and look through the lengthy user guide and it had a section on X11 forwarding. It said you could use Cygwin, Exceed, and X-Win32. I also found a guide on how to set up Cygwin to work with PuTTY! Thanks for your help, and thank you Google.
