traffic quotes

Im looking for some way to implement a traffic quote system, what I need is to split a quota given by the provider, among 2-3 different IPs, and by traffic I mean all download traffic: http, torrent, everything downloaded by those IPs. I cant use any special equipment for that, just pure linux, is ther eany way to do it?

There is a module for iptables called ipt_quota, I have heard of it being used but never played with it myself. Some google searching turned up a few forum threads with some good walkthroughs, http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=1671& might be a good place to start to see if it is what you are looking for.
