SUSE lose Network Connection


hi, i have some PCīs running SUSE, in home i have a 8 port Switch connected to a modem/Router to internet...

the problem is this... i configure all my network and work ok. i run YOU, update my suse 9.3 work in internet, but sometimes my pc lose the connection, and i canīt connect anymore to the network or internet, i reconfigure the network but i cant connect the network again i use DHCP for home and in my work i use manual config. the strange is if i boot in SUSE safe mode i can have PING to yahoo or any other network place, but when i boot normal i dont have network, any answer please...?

for resolve these problem i reinstall suse (update) but work some time and lose the connection again...

Maybe your linux box didn't get the ip address...I think problem with your dhcp service..reconfigure it or try to configure with static ip address!

i reinstall (again) SUSE in the install i do the YOU update, and since the first boot i cant connect to the network or internet, i thinking that maybe my problem start when i have a YOU update, after the update i cant connect...
