small network RH 8.0 without internet sharing

Hi guys,
I had setup NAT b4 by using RH 7.1,RH 7.2 and RH 7.3(with internet sharing). Right now I wanna to setup small network without internet sharing. My linux box got 1 NIC card instead of 2 NIC. I am having problem when I attempt to restart my dhcpd. Do you guys have any clue?
here is my dhcpd.conf

subnet 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
range 192.168.1.2 192.168.1.60;
default-lease-time 86400;
max-lease-time 86400;
option routers 192.168.1.1;
option ip-forwarding off;
option broadcast-address 192.168.1.255;
option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
}
thanks!
