Setup Linux network printing

I'm trying to set up my 2 computer home network for printing. Comp #1 is connected via parallel port to HP OfficeJet, using CUPS and Slackware 9.0->prints fine. Comp #2 is connected via USB wireless and is also using CUPS and Slackware 9.1. I edited the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf file and I can print a test page from comp #2 (from the CUPS setup page). I can also print plain text from an editor. But, I cannot print from my browser, nor email, nor Abiword.

Any thoughts gratefully accepted,

What does your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf look like now?

What part do you want? As I said, I am able to print a test page from the CUPS setup page but not regular web pages, email etc.

I think there may be something wrong in the part about printing images, and that the plain text might work fine.
