Routers for load balancing on both local network and WAN IP pool.

Dear All,

I have two ISPs through which I provide access to local network as well as some of my systems use public IPs from the WAN IP pool provided by the ISPs. I want to configure LOAD BALANCING and AUTO-FAILOVER for both local network and WAN IP pool. Now the problem is there are routers available to provide load balancing on local network but not for the systems using WAN IP pool.

Please suggest some routers which can perform LOAD BALANCING and AUTO-FAILOVER on both LAN IP and WAN IP pool. Thanks in advance.
