Rfcomm connectivity problem

When i dial wvdial it shows the following error.
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.54.0
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Cannot get information for serial port.
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Input/output error
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Cannot get information for serial port.
In this case my phone shows "accept connection from ....? I give "ok"
in the phone.Then my phone shows "disconnected from ram". Then again pc asks for connection "accept connection from ....?" Then again i give "ok" in the phone.Then again phone diaplays "disconnected from ram"I have paired my device and i can send and receive my data from phone and to phone.When i give the command "rfcomm show" it shows "rfcomm 0 00:1a:16:8f:b8:eb channel 1 clean" When i give the command "rfcomm bind 0 00:1a:16:8f:b8:eb" it shows "device already in use".I think it was a problem of connectivity of rfcomm channel.If possible help me.
