RaLink RT3090 Wireless help

Hi. This is my first post here so I hope I'm in the right section. I installed Fedora 13 on a netbook I got but the wifi is not working on it. When I type lspci into the console, I see it says:

Network controller: RaLink RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe.

I tried downloading the driver from the RaLink website but I'm not really sure what to do with it. I am new to linux so if someone could walk me through installing the driver or if anyone know what I should to, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Welcome to LQ. Start here

Best to at least try to set it up whatever way your distro uses. Which flavour of linux are you using?
