qmail

I am installed qmail + courier + squirrel using the directions from qmailrocks.org

Everything works fine except one last thing: password change through squirrel using courierpassd

I am using these packages:
courier-authdaemon_0.47-13_i386.deb
courier-base_0.47-13_i386.deb
courier-imap-ssl_3.0.8-13_i386.deb
courier-imap_3.0.8-13_i386.deb
courier-ssl_0.47-13_i386.deb

When i try to change pass (either through web interface or telnet) i always get "--> 500 Old password is incorrect." (the old pass is correct...)

Any idea where is the problem?

any help will be appriciated
