Exclamation Problems with port access and firewall

I'm trying to allow some services in an iptables' red hat linux server. The services include the ports 2082, 2083, 2087 and 2095, also chat and ftp, but the server's firewall still block them even if I accept these services. Well I already tried to allow them and explicitly specify in iptables to allow them and nothing works. I even tried iptables -F to turn everything off but nothing works.
Does anybody could help me? This server looks like have some FIAIF files installed. How can I uninstall it correctly? Looks like there's some files from this firewall installed but it comes from a incorrect uninstalation.

thanks

Have you run

setup

and then chosen "Firewall Configuration"?

Also try

redhat-config-securitylevel

for a graphical tool.
