Problem mounting volume with different uid
I am trying to mount a volume on a server using a different uid. I have successfully mounted a volume using uid=XX12 (which I am logged in under). I would like to mount an additional volume using uid=XX17.
I was wondering if I could add something to the statement I have in the /etc/fstab file - I was thinking something like suid=XX17.
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:/export/home/folder /home/username nfs rw,user,noauto 0 0
That's what I have in the /etc/fstab file. Is there anything that I can put in this statement to pass a different uid (XX17) other than the one I am currently logged in under (XX15)?
Thanks in advance for any help.
