pppoeconf problem ...

Hi
When i want try pppoeconf to create adsl connection happend this error "segmentation fault" and this :
Code:
Sorry, I scanned 2 interfaces, but the Access
Concentrator of your provider did not respond. Please check your network and modem cables. Another reason for the scan failure may also be another running pppoe process which controls the modem.
and this :
Code:
... rm: cannot remove `/tmp/tmp.FbBfDO3k3C/pppoe.scan': No such file or directory Timeout waiting for PADO packets rm: cannot remove `/tmp/tmp.FbBfDO3k3C/pppoe.scan': No such file or directory ...
error picture attached.
Any ideas?

#pppoeconf

use the ethernet connection on your modem not usb.

if it is a configured router you do not need pppoeconf.

reset retry
