port forwarded in Linux, doing the same on Win XP

In Linux it is possible to forward UDP port 6242 on local machine to the TCP port 7171 on local machine:

Code:
mkfifo  /tmp/fifo

sudo  nc -l -u -p 6242  <  /tmp/fifo  |   nc localhost 7171  >  /tmp/fifo
How can I do the exact same thing:
* On a Windows XP system
* Via the command line
* And make sure it stays that way after reboot.

The only things I can think of via cmd are route and netsh. (you'll have to look up syntax)
Not sure if it'll save when restarting, but you can make a simple script and add it to your boot.ini or something.
Theres plenty of third-party software that can do it, so you might not be able to cmd.

You can't do this with routing. I doubt netsh works either.

I suggest you install "cygwin" and then you can just enter the same "nc" commands on windows. It's trivally easy to install btw and the X11 works well.

Then you can put the commands in a script and start it with something like "bash.exe sciptfile" as a service.
