overruns show with ip link but not with ifconfig

Hello,

I hope I'm reading this right, but it seems that one command shows overruns on interface eth0 and the other doesn't. How can I resolve this?

Code:
[root@machine ~]# ip -s link ls dev eth0
2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast qlen 1000
