One IP add, multiple interfaces

Hi guys.

Is there any package that allow you to configure one IP address on 2 or more interfaces?

the idea is to have a server with 2 or more NICs, each one connected to a different switch, so if I switch fail then the server doesnt lost connectivity because the other NIC is connected to another switch..

You are probably looking for ethernet interface bonding.

Here's one link: bonding (linuxfoundation)
And one here at LQ: Howto : Linux bonding

There are many articles about bonding to be found on-line.
