Not able to view second monitor over VNC

I am remoting into a PC that has two monitors hooked up to it using VNC over SSH. Once in, I am able to see what the primary monitor is displaying but not the second monitor. Anybody have any idea if there is a way to be able to see both monitors when remoted into the PC?

I think you connect to the next number but you have to have it offered for vnc. Like myhost:0 and myhost:1 or such.
