Thank u for the judicious remarks

One more doubt I think these service providers are implementing dedicated lines in a point to point manner. There are 14 district offices and are in a scattered way. For that, it requires 15 dedicated connections ( or only one dedicated connection?)

Secondly I have to consider the cost effectiveness - and whether routers are required?
