network card(s) problem!?

Ok, I just installed Mandrake 9.1 and it runs just fine..
I got one thing though, the network. It's not working at all!

I got 2 computers, and the 2:nd one connects through this one, but when checking the network settings, it says that both my network cards are DOWN.. And they are not, they work perfectly fine in WinXP!

I have inserted all the info, and all the numbers is as they should be, if u compare to the ones in WinXP that is
And I got a static Ip, in case u wonder...

But why isn't it working, I've run the wizard and it Should work!

Any help would be grateful, seeing that I am really new to this whole linux part! So, please if you think you know what this might be, post
