NetPipe setup

First off, I am not sure if this should be in Networking or Software.

But, here we go
My goal is to use NetPipe to test DSL Gateway throughput.
I would like to connect the WAN and LAN of the gateway to one machine.
It would be like this

Gateway/WAN -> DSLAM -> Server and Server > Gateway/Eth0

Is there a way to do this with NetPipe?
