Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature...we are happy to help you with problems, but this is not a help desk, so please don't treat it as one. You are using RHEL 6.8...are you PAYING for it, and if so, have you contacted RHEL support? They are the ones you can demand a solution from.
That said, you also need to do basic research before posting. Putting your exact error message into Google pulls up, as the very first hit:
