Localhost - loopback interface mask change

Hello!

How to change the loopback (lo) interface's mask?
I have 255.0.0.0 and would like to change for 255.255.255.255.

why would you do that? the loopback address enables you to test your TCP/IP and is completely independent of the network hardware.
