Load Balancing 2 Internet Connections

I have the current situation at work. We have two internet lease lines coming into the company. I want to make the network see them as one connection through a linux machine (the two connections terminate at this machine). Currently I have one connection per network (two networks) at work. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks for your time.

You could also just purchase a router with two eth interfaces. There are some inexpensive routers out there that have this capability.
