Balancing load internet conection

Hi

I would like to know how I can make a balance between my Internet connections ,I mean I have two different Internet providers I need a software which can look on my Internet load and decide which has less load and use it.
Or if one of them goes down use the another one.

I was wondering about net filter or iptables but I`m not sure.

you should probably post this in the networking section... I know that there is a way to do it with linux.. Just cant seem to remember...

The first link is for a load balancing proxy server that has round robin balancing and some failsafe stuff. The second one is a document on how to do it in BIND. Im actually kinda lazy and I just use Astaro linux for my router it does the balancing for me http://www.astaro.com/
