Latest NFS version for Redhat 7.3 using 2.4.24 Kernel?

Hi What is the latest stable version of NFS for the above Distro/Kernel, and where would I get it from?

Or is NFS part of the kernel, if so, 2.4.24 is the latest kernel for RH7.3, so does that me it incorporates the latest NFS software?

I can't see the wood for the trees and am going round in circles, a straight answer would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance...
