IPcop: How do I open ports for all of the green network?

How do I open ports on the ipcop v1.3.0 firewall for the following programs to the whole green network (192.168.57.0/255.255.255.0);

1) Bittorrent (6881-6999/tcp)
2) Overnet (4662/tcp, 5648/udp)
3) ICQ file transfer (5190/tcp)
4) IRC dcc transfer (2070-2075/tcp)

I'd like to use the web interface with some addon or something. Iptables via ssh would be a last resort.

Thank you for any help.

Drew
