IP Manager ?

I am looking for an IP manager .. we have 32 class C's .. currently when a client asks for ip's .. we give them X amount and then use a spreadsheet to know who has wich ips ..

well, this is quite a pain .. anybody know of a better system to manage IP distribution ?

You would probably be better using dhcp.

If you are looking to have fixed IPs and want a good way to manage your assets then I would suggest looking at IRM.

no, the problem is not assigning the IP's .. (DHCP doesnt apply here)

we have mostly colo clients .. they just ask for 8 or 16 or more IP's .. and we give it to them, .. they are the ones who assigns the ip's to their servers

all I am lookign is for a way to store infromation on who I gave the ip's to.

What about just creating a simple database and managing it with some php scripts:
Code:
clients assignments
-------- ------------
client_id assignment_id
name client_id
address start_ip
phone range_length

If I cant find nothign already in the market, that will be the next route
