Unhappy internet sharing for redhat 9

i am try to setup an internet sharing between redhat linux 9 and windows 2000, my linux machine IP add is 192.168.0.75(gateway) and windows machine IP add is 192.168.0.99(client). I had already installed the samba and both of the machines can share resources very well. I had disabled the firewall to linux machine, so every packets can go through the linux machine.

I can dial-up into the internet(linux machine). However, when i come to internet sharing section, there are two different type of problems i had faced:
Q1. when i set 192.168.0.75 as the gateway to the windows machine, whatever URL add i had key in e.g. www.google.com it always go to my web server's test page, why?
Q2. when i set 61.6.173.2 as the gateway to the windows machine, it come out an error message "connection with the server could not be established", why?
Q3. Should i set 192.168.0.75 or 61.6.173.2 as the gateway to my windows machine? Anyone can figure out which part i had done wrong?

Note:
I had also insert these few lines as below into /etc/rc.d/rc.local file...
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE
/sbin/iptables -A INPUT -i ppp0 -m state --state NEW,INVALID -j DROP
/sbin/iptables -A FORWARD -i ppp0 -m state --state NEW,INVALID -j DROP

[root@its root]# route -n

Check your Win machine's Internet Explorer settings,
make sure it doesn't use 192.168.0.75 as a proxy..

192.168.0.75 is the correct gateway setting for the Win machine..
