I would look at FAI to deploy Linux to a machine over the network..

Code:

    * Installs Debian, Ubuntu, SuSe, CentOS, Mandriva, Solaris, ...
    * Centralized installation and configuration management
    * Installs XEN domains and Vserver

So RIS for Windows and FAI for Linux..
