how to seting the email exchange address in linux


hi, all:

i add a line to mail server's /etc/hosts "192.168.0.5 mail.abc.com" , i can ping the mail.abc.com to 192.168.0.5 but i cant send mail to mail.abc.com,,,i think may be the mail exchange address's problem ,,,, who can tell me how to setting the domain's MX, in redhat linux, thanks

MX entry is not valid for /etc/hosts file.
You should add it to your DNS server's (if you have one) zone file.
