how to pass strem between 2 network cards mounted on the same pc

hi everybody,
My problem is that i want to pass a tcp stream between 2 NICs eth0 + eth1 mounted on the same pc under LINUX.

eth0: 190.99.4.184
eth1: 190.99.4.185

i've activated ip_forward on 1.
i added routes :

route add -host 190.99.4.184 dev eth1
route add -host A90.99.4.185 dev eth0

but i don't have any thing in the out of eth1 that means that the sream didn't pass from eth0 to eth1????

thank you

You cannot have 2 ethernet cards on the same subnet in the same box; eth1=190.99.4.184 and eth0=190.99.4.185; they are both on subnet 190.88.4.X.

One of them must be on a different subnet so that the packets can be moved through a gateway.
