How to configure a "Belkin Wireless G Router" with Linux

Hi.

I've just bought a "Belkin Wireless G Router" and I want to connect it from my Linux (Fedora Core 6).

I connected both devices (PC and Router) with Ethernet, and tried to connect the router with my web browser (like I did with another different router I had).

But I don't know which IP I must connect (I tried with 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1, ...) or if I must connect with a web browser or not to configure it.

Any suggestion?

Your router surely did come with a manual indicating which ip the router comes with as default.

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.
Yes this is a RTFM answer but indeed the answers are in the manual. There is a section on alternate setup (or smilar words). The instructions will tell you the IP address, username, password to access the router's web configuration pages.

Or just check which ip gets asigned to you, and your router will be the same subnet but with a trailing .0 or .1
